เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการข้อมูล BOT Application Programming Interface (API) ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย 

1. บริการข้อมูล BOT Application Programming Interface (BOT API) เป็นบริการให้ข้อมูลของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยไปยังระบบหรือซอฟท์แวร์ของผู้ใช้บริการทั่วไป เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
   BOT Application Programming Interface (BOT API) is a service provided by the Bank of Thailand to facilitate access to the Bank of Thailand’s data by any websites or software applications.

2. ข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่ผ่านบริการข้อมูล BOT API เป็นข้อมูลที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยจัดทำขึ้นโดยใช้ข้อมูลของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยเองและข้อมูลที่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ได้รับมาจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ ที่น่าจะเชื่อถือได้ และซึ่งสามารถเผยแพร่ได้ การนำข้อมูลไปใช้เป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้ข้อมูล ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยจะไม่ให้การรับรอง หรือรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ในความถูกต้อง และการเปลี่ยนแปลงของข้อมูลที่ทำให้ข้อมูลล่าช้า
   The data disseminated via the BOT API is commissioned by the Bank of Thailand which obtained various reliable sources which can be published and the Bank of Thailand’s data. Use of data is the responsibility of user and the Bank of Thailand does not warrant its completeness or accuracy and also the delay of data.

3. ผู้ใช้บริการยอมรับและตกลงว่า ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยจะไม่รับผิดชอบในความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นหรืออาจเกิดขึ้นกับผู้ใช้บริการหรือบุคคลภายนอก จากบริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ไม่ว่าโดยเหตุประการใด
   User specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Bank of Thailand is not liable or responsible for any loss, damage incurred or suffered that occurs or may occur to user or any other person from the use of the BOT API data in any event.

4. ในกรณีที่ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยหรือระบบการติดต่อสื่อสารขัดข้องเป็นเหตุให้ผู้ใช้บริการไม่สามารถเข้าใช้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยได้ ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงจะไม่ยกเอาเหตุขัดข้องดังกล่าว เป็นข้อเรียกร้องค่าทดแทนหรือค่าเสียหายใด ๆ จากธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
   In case of computer system of the Bank of Thailand or network failures, user have no right to claim any compensation or any damage from the Bank of Thailand.

5. ผู้ใช้บริการต้องจัดการ ดูแล หรือดำเนินการใด ๆ เพื่อให้ระบบหรือซอฟแวร์ของผู้ใช้บริการปราศจากรหัสคำสั่ง (code) หรือโปรแกรม ที่เป็นอันตรายหรืออาจเป็นอันตรายหรือเล็งเห็นได้ว่าอาจเป็นอันตราย (Malicious Code) ต่อระบบการให้บริการข้อมูล BOT API และผู้ใช้บริการต้องไม่กระทำการใด ๆ ที่จะรบกวนหรือโจมตี อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์และเครือข่ายที่ให้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
   User shall manage or take any action to ensure that there is no malicious code or unsafe program in user’s website or software application. User shall not interfere, disrupt or attack the BOT API or the servers or networks providing the BOT API.

6. ผู้ใช้บริการต้องมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยของรหัสการเข้าใช้งาน BOT API เช่น Password ที่เหมาะสม ไม่เปิดเผยต่อผู้อื่น
   User shall ensure that the means of access to the BOT API service (such as passwords) are kept secure and not disclosed to anyone else.

7. ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยินยอมให้ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยใช้ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้บริการที่ให้ไว้กับธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อประโยชน์ในการบริหารจัดการเกี่ยวกับบริการ BOT API และการจัดทำสถิติการใช้บริการ
   User agrees that the Bank of Thailand may use information provided by user to the Bank of Thailand for the purpose of managing the BOT API service and for statistical purposes.

8. ในกรณีที่เกิดความเสียหายใด ๆ แก่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยอันเนื่องมาจากการเข้าใช้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของผู้ใช้บริการ ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงยินยอมรับผิดชอบและชดใช้บรรดาค่าทดแทนและ/หรือค่าเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นหรืออาจเล็งเห็นได้ว่าอาจเกิดขึ้นต่อไปในอนาคตแก่ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยโดยสิ้นเชิงและปราศจากเงื่อนไขอื่นใดทั้งสิ้น
   In case of any damage to the Bank of Thailand caused by access to BOT API, user agrees to indemnify and compensate for all losses and costs that incurred or anticipated incur in the future completely and without any other conditions.

9. ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการ การแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลที่เผยแพร่ผ่านบริการข้อมูล BOT API การจำกัดการใช้งาน และยกเลิกการให้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยแก่ผู้ใช้บริการ โดยธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยไม่ต้องชี้แจงเหตุผลให้กับผู้ใช้บริการทราบแต่อย่างใด
   The Bank of Thailand reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to amend these Terms of Service, information published through the BOT API and/or limit or discontinue the BOT API at any time without explaining any reason.

10. ผู้ใช้บริการตกลงและยินยอมที่จะปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดสำหรับการเข้าใช้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย ตามที่ได้กำหนดในเอกสารนี้รวมถึงเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดอื่นใดที่จะจัดให้มีขึ้นในภายหน้า รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเข้าใช้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย
    By accessing or using the BOT API, user agrees and accepts these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the BOT API of the Bank of Thailand.

11. เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการให้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยนี้ ให้ใช้บังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายไทย และให้ศาลไทยเป็นผู้มีอำนาจในการพิจารณาข้อพิพาทที่เกิดขึ้นตามเงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการให้บริการข้อมูล BOT API ของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยนี้
    These Terms of Service will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Thailand and the court of Thailand have authorities to settle the disputes for any over these Terms of Service.
